These terms preserve your ownership of scripts and production content. AI outputs require professional review. Deleting data, canceling subscriptions and signing out are separate actions.
Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and manage team permissions appropriately. You must be authorized to use the service on behalf of the production company and comply with laws, copyright, NDAs and your team’s data handling requirements.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload content you are not authorized to process or malicious code, bypass access restrictions, attack the service, impersonate others or unlawfully obtain other people’s production information.
Ownership of Scripts and User Content
- You or the original rights holder retain ownership of uploaded screenplays, scripts, scenes, cast information, schedules, call sheets, files and other production content. Uploading does not transfer copyright or ownership to ScheduMing.
- You grant ScheduMing a limited, non-exclusive technical license solely to store, copy, process, sync, display, generate reports, share for collaboration and call providers necessary to deliver features according to your actions. This license does not authorize publishing or selling scripts or separately training models.
- The license lasts only for the period needed to provide these features and handle necessary retention, backups and deletion. See the Privacy Policy for actual deletion limitations. You must be authorized to grant these technical processing permissions.
Collaboration and Sharing
- Owners are responsible for invitations, member permissions and share links. Members may save or export content they are permitted to access. Revoking permissions cannot retrieve copies already downloaded.
AI Processing
- AI analysis sends necessary script text and scene information through the backend to the OpenAI API (GPT-6 Luna). Use it only when your production company, rights holders and NDA permit this processing. ScheduMing does not use uploaded scripts, project content or analysis results to train AI models and has disabled sharing API inputs and outputs with OpenAI for model training or improvement. Response storage is disabled. Security-monitoring retention remains subject to applicable provider policies; see the Privacy Policy.
- AI may omit or misidentify scenes, characters, locations and elements. You are responsible for checking outputs and final arrangements used for production. Using AI does not change ownership of the original script.
Production Safety and Professional Judgment
- Verify call times, addresses, labor rules, safety arrangements, permits, weather and medical or emergency information. ScheduMing schedules and reports cannot replace professional safety judgment or legal advice.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are subscribed to through Stripe Checkout. The price, currency, taxes, billing period and plan limits displayed at payment apply. The app stores customer and subscription status to provide corresponding features.
- Subscription renewals and subsequent payment arrangements are governed by the information displayed at checkout and in Stripe billing management. Material price or plan changes should be explained as required by applicable law.
Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
- Manage subscriptions through the Stripe billing management entry provided in the app. Contact support if cancellation is unavailable. The effective date and access eligibility for the remaining period depend on the billing management confirmation. Current code cannot guarantee pausing, immediate refunds or prorated refunds.
- The app currently has no automatic refund process or verified uniform refund period. Contact support about payment issues or refund requests. The operator will handle them based on payment facts and applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory refund rights.
- Signing out, deleting a project or submitting an account deletion request does not automatically stop subscription charges. Keep the confirmation after cancellation.
Service Availability and Changes
- The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, failures, provider outages or security handling. There is currently no promise of uninterrupted service or a fixed recovery time for all plans.
Data Loss and Backups
- Regularly export important schedules and production information, and keep backups approved by the production company. Synchronization or provider backups cannot replace your production archives, and recovery of all deleted information is not promised.
Liability and Legal Limitations
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as is, without a guarantee that AI outputs or production information are completely accurate. Liability for indirect losses, lost profits and consequential damages is subject to applicable law. Liabilities that cannot legally be excluded and consumer rights continue to apply.
Account Termination and Deletion
- You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Unlawful activity, breaches of these terms, security risks or unpaid fees may result in suspended or terminated access. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion information for content retention and deletion processes. Termination of access does not mean all data has been removed.
Governing Law, Changes and Contact

- The laws of Malaysia apply, without excluding mandatory legal protections applicable in the user’s location. Material changes to these terms will be explained through appropriate channels, and this page’s date will be updated.
